Job summary

HR Affiliates is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage garment production orders and coordinate with factories in China and other countries. You will follow buyer specifications, monitor sample reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Diploma in Fashion merchandising or equivalent.
• 1 year of working experience in garment industry preferred but fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in CAD/ Design Software, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook, Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English and Chinese for communicating with factories in China.
• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Mature, meticulous and able to multi-task.
