Job summary

Eurofins Singapore is seeking a Chemistry graduate with 1–2 years in a testing laboratory to join our preparations and testing team. You will ensure tests follow methods, SOPs, QA policies, and you will prepare data and reports for clients.

You will calibrate and maintain equipment, monitor quality, comply with ISO 17025, manage workflow, and support safety. Good English communication, problem solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced lab are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a testing laboratory.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Able to solve problems, troubleshoot test results, and implement corrective actions.
• Must be able to multi-task and work effectively in fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 laboratory quality management systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and ensure tests follow requirements of test methods, SOPs, and quality policies.
• Perform calibration and maintenance for the equipment used for tests.
• Evaluate test results and deliver reports to clients.
• Manage workflow of jobs assigned to sub-contractors and monitor delivery of work.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and ISO 17025 QA/QC requirements.
