Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. in Clementi, Singapore is seeking an Assistant Catering Sales Manager to drive catering sales, respond to inquiries, and manage client relationships. The role requires 3–5 years in Hotel Banquet or Catering and a Business/Marketing qualification.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients. Salary is up to $6,500 monthly (excluding commission) with 12 days annual leave, AWS and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• O Level/ Diploma/ Degree in Business or Marketing is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Hotel Banquet / Catering / F&B.
• Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients in English and Mandarin.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to generate and follow up on catering and meeting leads.
• Respond promptly to catering inquiries via phone and online.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactively reach out to new corporate clients through cold calls and visits.
• Assist clients with event planning, packaging, and menu selections.

Requirements:

• Senior Manager role and salary package will be considered for experienced candidates.
