• Minimum 3 years in hotel or restaurant and bar environment.
• Warm, pleasant, confident with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with LQA and Forbes standards.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities
