Job summary

Banen Associates Limited seeks a Lead Multidisciplinary BIM professional to drive BIM delivery across major Singapore projects. You will coordinate M&E BIM across services, review models, and resolve constructability issues, ensuring integration with architectural and C&S disciplines.

The role requires 5+ years in BIM, proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, and familiarity with Singapore BIM standards. Attractive compensation, including allowances and benefits, awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, preferably including M&E BIM coordination on major building construction projects.
• Strong experience in M&E / Building Services BIM, including multidisciplinary coordination with C&S and Architectural works.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM model coordination and clash detection.
• Experience working with an A1/Main Contractor in Singapore is strongly preferred, with exposure to Healthcare, Commercial or Data Centre projects advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore BIM standards, construction workflows and BIM submissions, with strong technical coordination, communication and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager in managing BIM implementation, coordination and delivery throughout the construction project lifecycle.
• Lead M&E BIM coordination across Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services systems, ensuring effective integration with Architectural and C&S disciplines.
• Review M&E BIM models, clash detection reports and coordination drawings, resolving design and constructability issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, M&E subcontractors and project teams to ensure BIM models and deliverables meet design and construction requirements.
• Monitor BIM model development, submissions, documentation and project deliverables in accordance with BIM standards and project requirements.
• Supervise and support BIM Coordinators and Modellers, ensuring effective BIM implementation and coordination with construction/site teams.

Salary: SGD 6,500 – SGD 8,000 (Highly Negotiable)
