Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Coordinator/Modeller to support BIM implementation and multidisciplinary model coordination on major building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will develop and coordinate BIM models, drive clash detection, and ensure compliance with BEP and LTA standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of BIM experience, proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and strong coordination and communication skills to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, M/E, Building Services or related discipline.
• 3–5 years BIM modelling/coordination experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain Architectural and M&E BIM models; coordinate with Structural/Civil disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Conduct clash detection, model validation and coordination using Navisworks and BIM tools.
• Ensure models comply with BEP, LTA BIM standards and client requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to meet submission deadlines.
• Manage BIM documentation, model submissions and data exchange via CDE platforms.
• Support 4D simulation and construction sequencing as needed.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support.

• Established A1 main contractor with a strong project pipeline
• Exposure to major civil, infrastructure and MRT/LTA projects
• Exposure to multidisciplinary BIM coordination and digital construction
• Work with Architectural, M&E, Structural and Civil teams

Our client is an established A1 main contractor in Singapore with a strong track record in delivering major building and infrastructure projects. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an eeking a BIM Coordinator / Modeller to support BIM implementation and multidisciplinary model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain Architectural and M&E BIM models.Coordinate models with Structural, Civil and other project disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Conduct clash detection, model validation and coordination using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Ensure models comply with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LTA BIM standards and client requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve coordination issues and meet submission deadlines.
• Manage BIM documentation, model submissions and data exchange through Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
• Support 4D simulation, construction sequencing and other digital construction initiatives where required.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to project team members.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant BIM modelling or coordination experience.
• Experience in construction projects involving multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) is advantageous.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, model validation and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with LTA/MRT BIM standards and submission requirements is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, Dynamo and 4D/5D BIM applications will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.

• Location: East (transport provided)
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
