Job summary

DLM Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant BIM Lead to support BIM processes across projects, coordinating models from design through handover. The role works with Directors, Project Managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will help develop standards, run clash detection, manage drawings, and mentor BIM team members, contributing to continuous improvement and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Typically 5 years of BIM/design/engineering or construction experience.
• Demonstrated capability in BIM coordination and team supervision.
• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or BIM.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, procedures, and templates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities across teams.
• Review models for accuracy, constructability, and coordination.
• Support BEP development and BIM execution planning where required.
• Guide BIM Coordinators and Modelers to ensure quality deliverables.
