Job summary

LKT Contractors in Singapore is seeking a Senior BIM Lead to head the BIM team, guiding modelling workflows and standards across project lifecycles. You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, consultants, contractors and clients to set BIM requirements and deliver model-based outputs.

Responsibilities include overseeing BIM models, shop drawings, clashes, and handover documents, plus implementing quality control. 8+ years of BIM coordination/management on large-scale projects is required.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the BIM team across large-scale projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, consultants and clients on BIM requirements.
• Ensure BIM models, drawings and as-built docs are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Head BIM team including BIM Coordinators and Modellers.
• Oversee development of BIM strategies and execution plans.
• Coordinate model information with stakeholders and deliver outputs.
• Lead clash detection and resolve issues to closure.
• Establish BIM quality control procedures and review deliverables.
