Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a BIM lead to drive the company's BIM strategy, standards and digital construction processes across project stages. You will oversee BIM model development, coordination, quality control and information delivery.

• Lead the company's BIM strategy, standards and digital construction processes across project stages.
• Oversee BIM model development, coordination, quality control and information delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary drawing coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist trades.
• Review technical documentation, shop drawings and as-built drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor drawing and sample approvals and coordinate with procurement and construction teams.
• Lead design coordination meetings and resolve complex technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure project information is delivered according to agreed schedules and requirements.
• Support assessment of design changes and related variation claims.
• Guide project teams in BIM implementation, software use and digital working practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in model quality, design coordination and construction efficiency.
