Job summary

DLM Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant BIM Lead to support and coordinate BIM processes, standards, and deliverables across projects. You will assist in developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models from design through as-built stages, collaborating with Directors, PMs, engineers, architects and contractors.

The role focuses on maintaining BIM quality, improving workflows, and developing the capabilities of the BIM team while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project

Qualifications

• Higher education in architecture, engineering or construction with BIM emphasis.
• Demonstrated capability in BIM coordination and team supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and templates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities across architectural, structural, M&E teams.
• Review models for accuracy, constructability, and coordination; resolve clashes.
• Plan and supervise production of submission and construction drawings.
• Lead BIM team members and assign modeling tasks per project needs.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, quality control, and documentation.
• Support BEP development and BIM execution planning where required.
• Maintain model/drawing revision control throughout the project lifecycle.
