Job summary

You will develop and uphold BIM Execution Plans, integrate BIM into IDD, VDC, and IPD, generate clash reports, coordinate with clients and consultants, and mentor the BIM team to raise performance. The role requires strong leadership and collaborative skills.

• 5+ years of BIM management experience.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.
• Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.
• Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.
• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.
• Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.
