Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager in Singapore to lead and develop the AR and collection team. The role involves ensuring compliance with KPIs such as DSO and bad debt while supporting month-end closing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in accounting and at least five years of experience in receivables, collection, and credit control, alongside proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the AR and collection team.
• Ensure achievement of key KPIs such as DSO, bad debt, and overdue percentages.
• Embark on continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely billing and collection.
• Oversee the shared service center AR function and ensure the team complies with the Service Level Agreements.
• Manage new and existing customers’ credit exposures.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation and audit schedules.
• Support month‑end closing, cash‑flow forecasting, audit, budgeting and forecasting.
• Other AR duties as required.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum five years of experience in accounts receivables, collection and credit control functions.
• Competency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Demonstrated good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance with company EH&S policies, procedures and rules, and any applicable regulatory requirements.
