Job summary

GREEEN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent to support pricing preparation, budgeting, and cost analysis for renovation projects. You will prepare quantities, source quotations, and coordinate with designers, sales, and contractors to keep projects on track.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent is required. The role offers a fast-paced environment with a 5-day workweek and potential for high commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates acceptable; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantities for pricing and ensure budget accuracy.
• Manage and source quotations, follow up with contractors, and analyze costing
• Lead the preparation and submission of tender and quotation
• Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Coordinate client and designer requests and requirements
• Source new subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare renovation submission documents
• Understand renovation phases and schedule for designers, sales, contractors

Job description

Job scope:

• Staring and taking off the preparation of quantities for pricing, and ensuring budget accuracy.
• Manage and source quotations, follow up with contractors, and analyze costing
• Take a lead on the preparation and submission of tender and quotation
• Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Facilitate and study client and designer's requests and requirement
• Sourcing of new subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare renovation submission documents
• Understand renovation phases and do scheduling for designers/sales/contractors

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree Holder in QS course or its equivalent
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are acceptable
• Highly self-motivated, independent, good communication skills, outgoing, meticulous
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, tight schedules, and pressure, able to multitask
