Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites applications for the role of Operations Specialist, Asset Services, Asset Transfer Validation. You will perform pre-processing checks for client payments and ensure compliance with signing mandates, while coordinating with Remittance and Front Office teams.

You will handle callback verification, end-of-day controls, and query/change management to improve process efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in private banking operations, strong English

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Private Bank Operations especially remittances/callback or client service
• Tertiary education with a good academic track record
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in English is essential with clear written & verbal communication
• Client-oriented mindset and meticulousness with good teamwork
• Ability to work independently and drive delivery under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Pre-processing check for payments ensuring approvals and adherence to signing mandates
• Callback verification on asset transfers and status updates
• End-of-day control checks and sign-off of daily tasks
• Query management ensuring timely resolution or escalation
• Change management participation to identify gaps and driving process improvements
