Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to drive outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in space planning and detailed design process for new commercial and mixed-use projects as well as AEIs of existing properties.
• Review and evaluate space planning requirements and layout design for new projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs).
• Assist to formulate mall-specific shopfront and signage design guidelines for new projects and existing malls alike.
• Assist to curate tenancy fit-out design guidelines and to keep abreast with current market best practices.
• Ensure well-designed tenancy fit-outs through coordination with Commercial Operations and Central Engineering team, as well as consultants and contractors where necessary.
