Job summary

Manulife Wealth & Asset Management in Singapore seeks a high-impact distribution professional to drive growth across private banks and retail partners. You will build new relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and influence product adoption across a broad range of investment solutions.

You will work with local and regional stakeholders to deliver sales growth, increase assets under management, and expand market share while coordinating onboarding, training, and market insights.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of channel sales experience within an asset management firm.
• Experience covering private banks and retail banks.
• Strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, multi-asset, and solutions products.
• Proven ability to manage complex intermediary relationships.
• Experience achieving asset gathering and sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks governing investment distribution.

Responsibilities

• Drive gross sales and net sales performance against annual targets.
• Acquire new retail and private bank distribution partners.
• Increase share of wallet within existing distributor relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end product onboarding and sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within distribution networks.
• Deliver product presentations and investment updates.
• Support distributors through training, education, and sales enablement.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders on business initiatives.
• Build, manage, and report on sales pipeline activity.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on investor demand and product opportunities.
