Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking a Product Manager – Asset, externally advertised as Procurement & Inventory Executive, to optimize regional inventory levels and support sales for a product portfolio. The role partners with suppliers to validate lead times, manage stock, and implement programs to reduce excess and bad inventory.

The incumbent will oversee daily purchases through the IMS system, coordinate with Marketing, and ensure timely buy releases, with a focus on stock rotation and RTMs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years of relevant purchasing experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchases via IMS for local or global transfers.
• Review backorders to optimize inventory turns and asset value.
• Coordinate stocking programs with Product Marketing and Asset teams.
• Monitor inventory profiles and NCNR/Non-Cancelable items.
• Resolve pricing, receiving, and RTV issues with suppliers and APDC.
