Job summary

Stigious Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced assembler to perform mechanical assembly of semiconductor equipment, sub-assemblies and modules per drawings and work instructions. You will install frames, components and cable harnesses while maintaining 5S standards and proper traceability.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, verifying parts, conducting basic electrical checks, recording production data, and supporting troubleshooting under supervision.

• Follow all safety procedure and use the required PPE
• Maintain good 5S and housekeeping standards at workstation and production floor
• Handle equipment, component, and customer property carefully to prevent damage or contamination
• Read and interprete mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs and work instructions
• Verify that the correct parts and materials are used during assembly
• Perform mechanical assembly of semiconductor equipment, sub-assemblies and modules according to approved drawings and work instructions
• Install frames, panels, brackets, covers, mechanical components and other equipment hardware
• Conduct continuity checks, basic electrical checks and other prescribed tests where trained and authorised
• Install electrical components, control boses, power distribution components, sensors and related assemblies asrequired
• Route, install and connect cables, wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to drawings and specifications
• Install tubing, hoses, fittings and other pneumatic or fluid-related components where applicable
• Record and report discrepancies between drawings, BOMs, work instructions and actual assembly conditions
• Perform equipment integration and final assembly of individual modules into a complete system
• Carry out tightening and torquing of fasteners according to specified requirements
• Complete assembly checklists, production records and other required documentation accurately
• Maintain proper traceability of components and assembly activities where required
• Perform visual and basic functional checks during and after assembly
• Support troubleshooting, rework and corrective activities under the directions of Supervisors.
