Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring for an assembly/production role based in Tampines.

The position starts with a training period of 3 months and offers a full-time contract with included shift rotations. You will assemble server components, perform production-line integration, and maintain quality and safety standards on a busy manufacturing floor. Previous experience is helpful; willingness to learn and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or related field is advantageous.
• Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers and assembly equipment.
• Basic computer skills for production-related tasks.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions
• Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line
• Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices
• Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required

Job description

Salary: Up to $3000/month

Location: Tampines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours / Shift Schedule:

First 3 month (Training)

• Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Rotating 3-shift system:

• A Shift: Mon - Thu, 8:00am - 8:00pm
• B Shift: Fri - Sat (8:00am - 8:00pm) & Mon - Tue (8:00pm - 8:00am)
• C Shift: Wed - Sat, 8:00pm - 8:00am

Your Responsibilities

Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions

Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line

Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently

Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices

Adhere to safety procedures and company guideline sat all times

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related field is advantageous
