Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore is seeking hands-on assemblers to build server chassis, racks and related components on the production line. You will follow precise work instructions and participate in unpacking, packaging and rack build tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of assembly experience, basic computer skills, and a strong eye for detail. The role involves day and night shifts, with a focus on safety and housekeeping in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, production
• Nitec or Higher Nitec or equivalent technical qualification
• Experience using screwdrivers and basic assembly tools
• Basic computer skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Able to stand for extended periods in a production environment
• Able to perform work involving occasional ladder use or working at heights when required

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a related environment
• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, vocational or equivalent technical qualification
• Experience using screwdrivers and basic assembly tools
• Basic computer skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Able to work in a production environment involving prolonged standing
• Able to perform work involving occasional ladder use or working at heights, where required
• Able to handle and move items according to applicable workplace safety requirements

- Location: Tampines (Near IKEA)
- Working Hours: 8am - 8pm (Day Shift) / 8pm - 8am (Night Shift)
- Fixed Sunday Rest Day

- Premium Allowance: SGD 15/per day
