Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities at the JTC Bedok Food City site in Singapore.

You will supervise staff, allocate tasks, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain precise inventory using the WMS system. The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with food safety protocols, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, FMCG or cold-chain is advantageous.
• Proficient in using WMS and basic inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and provide on-the-job training.
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing and movement of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages and excesses.
• Monitor stock condition, expiry dates and storage requirements.
• Verify incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate picking and packing according to production and delivery schedules.
• Ensure outgoing goods are picked, packed and dispatched on time.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Business Development and Logistics teams.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products per safety requirements.
• Maintain appropriate temperature control for chilled and frozen foods.
• Ensure workplace safety procedures and proper manual handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and equipment.
• Maintain warehouse records, including receiving, issuing, stock movement and dispatch documentation.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse operation reports as required.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, stock discrepancies and productivity.
• Escalate operational and inventory issues to Management.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by Management.
