Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and scripts per SDLC.
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Provide ongoing support and performance improvements for ServiceNow apps.
• Translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities and identify gaps.
• Support governance and secure deployment of changes.
• Configure ServiceNow apps, update sets, workflows, and CMDB structures.
• Design scalable technical solutions and reusable components.
• Create and execute test plans to validate functionality.
• Contribute to architecture and roadmap discussions.
