Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, bug fixes, and performance improvements for ServiceNow apps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities and identify scalable solutions.
• Support governance, risk mitigation, and compliant deployment of changes.
