Qualifications

• Final year student or with less than three years of work experience.
• University degree in any discipline.
• Internship or work experience is useful but not essential.
• Graduates must be available before the first day of work.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering: support delivery of people solutions for operational needs.
• Employee and Industrial Relations: gain exposure to workplace relations matters.
• Talent Acquisition: assist recruitment, employer branding and sourcing.
• Talent Management and Development: contribute to workforce planning and succession.
• HR Policies and Programmes: help design and implement HR policies.
• HR Operations and Analytics: use data to identify trends and inform decisions.
