Job summary

Omni Logistics seeks a Sales Operations Manager to optimize end-to-end sales processes across Asia and support regional enablement initiatives. You will manage ATLAS CRM data quality, develop dashboards and forecasts, and prepare regional reporting for QBRs and MBRs.

This role reports to the Global Sales Enablement & Operations team in Dallas and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Product, and HR. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in Sales Operations, with logistics exposure, strong

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, BI tools; ability to work with Asia teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end sales processes to increase productivity and pipeline visibility.
• Oversee ATLAS data quality, system usage, and reporting accuracy to align with global requirements.
• Develop regional dashboards, forecasts, KPIs, and performance analytics.
• Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regional sales reporting.
• Facilitate territory planning, account segmentation, quota allocation, and capacity modeling.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements per global best practices.
• Handle Asia commission calculation exception management with documentation and policy alignment.
• Assist in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and pipeline calls; roll out global enablement programs.
• Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires in the region; localize collateral with Marketing.
• Train teams on ATLAS usage, sales methodologies, and productivity tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations and HR to ensure strategy alignment.
