Job summary

BD is a global medical technology leader seeking a Sales Operations & Commercial Effectiveness Leader in Singapore. You will drive BU-level operations, partner with regional leaders, and deploy processes and tools to ensure disciplined, transparent commercial execution across Greater Asia.

You will define the Sales Operations strategy, act as SME to leadership, and lead cross-functional initiatives with a focus on analytics, dashboards, and scalable tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years commercial experience with 5+ years in leadership in Commercial Excellence or Sales Ops in multi-country environment.
• Proven track record of driving process excellence and cross-functional initiatives.
• Sales leadership experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo.
• Strong analytical and Excel/SAP skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and deadline juggling ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead BU-level Sales Operations sub-functions (Contracts, Pricing, Inventory, Sales Ops) and set strategy.
• Define and drive Greater Asia Sales Operations strategy with senior leadership.
• Act as SME to country/regional leaders on operations and execution.
• Lead high-priority, multi-country strategic initiatives and select high-impact projects.
• Deploy and scale commercial tools across countries and optimize SFDC usage.
• Provide analytics and dashboards to guide performance and resource allocation.
• Partner with Marketing/education to enable technical and sales training.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement of the operating model.
