Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in treaty reinsurance, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Willingness to travel and work within a matrixed organization is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in treaty reinsurance is a strong plus, either in insurance or a broker/adjuster.
• Strong client management and communication capabilities across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel within the Asia region for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support retrocession clients across Asia, especially Asia Pacific and Korea regions.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to share market insights.
• Assist in developing and executing inwards business strategies for key clients.
