Aon Life in Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, Retrocession to lead business development and manage major client accounts across Asia. You will provide expert consulting on reinsurance strategies, pricing, and market trends while ensuring compliant documentation and high-quality client communications.

The role requires extensive experience in reinsurance, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering profitable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in reinsurance with a strong client-facing background.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation review.
• Proficiency in pricing analysis and financial modeling.
• Solid project management skills to lead multiple initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of reinsurance principles, products, and market practices.
• Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and their application in reinsurance.
• Experience in underwriting support or broking is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development efforts to assist new client opportunities and expand existing portfolios within the Asia region.
• Manage complex client accounts, acting as a primary contact and ensuring exceptional customer advocacy.
• Provide expert consulting services to clients on reinsurance strategies, risk transfer solutions, and market trends.
• Conduct thorough documentation review for reinsurance contracts, proposals, and related materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform detailed pricing analysis to develop competitive and profitable reinsurance solutions.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of reinsurance market dynamics, products, and regulations to advise clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive and insightful reports, presentations, and other written communications for clients and senior management.
