Qualifications

• Significant experience in Renewable Energy, Natural Resources, or complex specialty lines within insurance or risk advisory.
• Proven leadership in client engagement and delivery of commercial outcomes across large accounts.
• Deep understanding of insurer engagement and structuring of risk transfer solutions for major projects.
• Ability to operate effectively across a regional matrix with cross-country alignment.
• Strong governance, compliance and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aon's Renewable Energy business across Asia, setting growth strategy and market positioning.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients, designing risk, insurance, and broking solutions.
• Develop and execute regional business plans with accountability for profitability.
• Build senior client relationships with insurers, lenders, and financing stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to deliver cross-solution opportunities.
• Define and execute client-specific broking strategies for major accounts.
• Support regional sales initiatives and sector engagement activities.
• Provide market insight and thought leadership to support client conversations.
• Act as Asia Representative on Global Renewable Energy Leadership Team and share best practices.
