The role requires deep experience in Renewable Energy and the ability to build senior client relationships, drive business development, and provide expert risk transfer solutions across complex accounts in Asia.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Renewable Energy or Natural Resources within insurance, broking, or risk advisory.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and deliver profitable growth across complex accounts.
• Deep understanding of insurer engagement, placement strategy, and risk transfer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia-wide Renewable Energy practice, setting growth strategy and market positioning.
• Serve as senior advisor to clients and insurers, delivering risk and broking solutions.
• Develop and execute regional business plans with accountability for portfolio performance.
• Build senior client relationships with stakeholders to support new business and delivery.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage capabilities and cross-solution opportunities.
