Qualifications

• Significant experience in Renewable Energy, Natural Resources, or complex specialty lines within insurance or risk advisory.
• Strong track record in leading clients and delivering commercial outcomes on complex accounts.
• Deep understanding of insurer engagement, placement strategy, and risk transfer structuring for large programmes.
• Proven ability to operate across a regional matrix with alignment across country, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Commercially minded and comfortable engaging with senior clients and partners.
• High level of professional judgment, integrity, and governance/compliance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Aon’s Renewable Energy business across Asia, setting growth direction and market position.
• Advise clients on risk, insurance, and broking solutions for complex Renewable Energy accounts.
• Develop and execute regional business plans with accountability for profitability and client value.
• Build senior relationships with clients, insurers, lenders, and advisers to drive new business.
• Partner with regional and global teams to bring Aon capabilities to Asia’s Renewable Energy sector.
• Define and execute client broking strategies for major accounts and establish standards for mid-tier clients.
• Support regional sales initiatives with sector campaigns, events, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide market insights, thought leadership, and practical tools for client conversations and RFP responses.
• Serve as Asia Representative on Global Renewable Energy Leadership Team and collaborate with broader Regional leadership.
• Lead capability building through mentoring, training, and talent development.
• Drive disciplined execution of work in progress, pipeline management, and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee leadership reporting on financial performance and portfolio activity.
• Advise on structured portfolio solutions with broking teams and other stakeholders.
• Support claims advocacy and Natural Resources opportunities when needed.
• Ensure client activity complies with Aon systems, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
