Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in property risk surveys or related fields.
• Familiarity with NFPA, IEEE, FM Datasheets and related loss prevention standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good project and time management capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client portfolio in Asia Pacific.
• Identify business development opportunities for risk control and engineering; liaise with brokers and country managers.
• Own budget performance and other assigned projects.
• Conduct detailed risk survey visits (predominantly Southeast Asia).
• Prepare technical survey reports for underwriting purposes.
• Develop recommendations and requirements for improving risks.
• Provide risk consulting for property protection and business resilience.
• Provide risk analysis and risk quantification services.
• Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and clients’ representatives; deliver training workshops on loss prevention.
