Page Executive represents a leading provider of premium water dispensing and filtration solutions. A Singapore-based General Manager, Sales will drive the regional strategy across Southeast, North and South Asia, owning revenue growth and market expansion while coordinating with HQ teams.

The role requires senior B2B sales leadership with P&L responsibility, strong channel and project sales experience, and willingness to travel across Asia to deliver sustained commercial success.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive B2B or industrial sales experience, including senior regional leadership roles.
• Experience driving regional commercial growth across Asia, ideally including Southeast Asia.
• Experience with channel and distributor networks, specification and project sales is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the regional sales and business development strategy across Asia, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and execute annual and long-term sales plans, forecasts, budgets and growth strategies.
• Drive new business through key accounts, distributors, channel partners, specification sales and industry networks.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, developers, consultants, contractors and corporate customers.
• Identify new markets, customers and commercial opportunities to strengthen the company's regional presence.
• Partner closely with HQ-based teams on opportunities, tenders, proposals and project execution.
• Lead and develop the regional commercial organisation, fostering a high-performance and entrepreneurial culture.
• Take full commercial and P&L responsibility for the regional business, ensuring sustainable growth and strong execution.
