Job summary

Linklaters is seeking a Pricing Manager for Asia to expand the firm’s pricing capability for complex legal matters, including GenAI-assisted delivery. You will own development, analysis, and review of commercial proposals for high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters and support governance submissions.

The role requires senior-level pricing expertise, advising partners on pricing strategies, financial modelling, and negotiation planning across regional matters.

Qualifications

• Strong financial numeracy and quantitative skills.
• Experience pricing complex matters including multi-jurisdictional and GenAI-enabled delivery.
• Ability to influence partners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and embedding of advanced matter pricing capabilities across the firm, including GenAI-assisted delivery and AFAs.
• Provide pricing analysis and governance to support multi-jurisdictional proposals.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and playbooks to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with lawyers, finance, and matter teams to respond to pricing opportunities.
• Support client panel processes with commercial pricing strategies and governance.
