Talent Titans Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced operations leader to head Asia Line Operations. You will guide a team of managers, ensure vessel operations meet service standards, and drive schedule reliability, cost control and safety across the Asia network.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires deep knowledge of liner shipping, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with fleet, network, procurement and finance teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 10 years in liner shipping, vessel operations, or regional operations.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, multi-service environments.
• Strong scheduling, port operations, bunkering, and cost control knowledge.
• Experience across Asia trade lanes, ports, agents and terminals preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking and operational reporting.
• Fluent English with solid stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Asia Line Operations team and review its performance.
• Ensure vessel operations meet service standards and schedules.
• Protect schedule reliability by monitoring performance and recovery plans.
• Oversee port calls, bunkering, terminal coordination and agent follow-ups.
• Control operating costs across Asia services and seek savings.
• Track KPI, bunker usage, cost performance, and service recovery.
• Collaborate with fleet, network, finance and regional agencies on decisions.
• Provide input to vessel deployment and service studies.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, dashboards and digital workflows.
• Uphold safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Act as escalation point for disruptions, port congestion and changes.
• Coach the team and support crisis management and strategic projects.
