Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Singapore is seeking a Lines Operations Manager on a 1-year fixed term. The role drives the smooth operation of assigned liner services, optimizing vessel schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with vessel Masters, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to enhance service reliability. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in container shipping operations, strong knowledge of line operations, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized institution is required.
• 5+ years of experience in container shipping operations.
• Strong knowledge of line operations and vessel schedules.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with vessel scheduling and stability software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize proforma and contingency vessel schedules for CMA CGM and partner vessels to ensure service reliability.
• Oversee and control additional operational costs to ensure cost efficiency.
• Communicate ETAs/ETDs with stakeholders to support schedule recovery and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Working Procedures and relevant regulations.
