Job summary

Qualifications

Master Mariner or equivalent with 10+ years in shipping operations or senior leadership.
Experience in liner shipping, operations, and procurement.
Excellent English written and spoken, stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide regional operational leadership for OPPC across agencies and terminals.
Drive cost efficiency, performance metrics, and service quality in the region.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Head Office and external partners to meet targets.
Oversee vessel planning, port performance, vendor negotiations, and governance.
