Job summary

Airbnb is building a dedicated Asia-focused operating capability to own how Asia operates and delivers growth. The role reports to the Senior Business Operations and Growth Lead, Asia, and collaborates with country Operations and Growth Leads across Japan, Korea, India and Southeast Asia.

You will own the Asia business reporting cadence, lead growth levers, and ensure regional roadmaps cross-functionally align with global strategies, while delivering actionable recommendations and scalable

Qualifications

10+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting or program management.
Experience managing programs or operations across multiple countries and time zones.
Proven track record building and running business operating cadences: reporting, reviews, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations and delivery of regional growth levers including go-to-market, measurement and optimization.
Own the regional business reporting structure, inputs and cadence regionally and globally.
Own the regional view of the cross-functional roadmap across supply, product, payments, policy, brand and growth marketing, and drive accountability on delivery.
Own the regional competitive view across guest and host and enable capabilities locally for country teams.
Build AI-enabled automation into the region's reporting, insight delivery and recurring operations.
Synthesize data, trends, guest and host insights into actionable recommendations for the region.
