AECOM Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior leader in Advisory to drive business development and oversee delivery for private capital engagements. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor staff, and shape strategy for clients across infrastructure and built environment sectors.

With 15+ years in management consulting, you will manage complex deals, engage senior executives, and expand the practice through strong industry networks and commercial acumen.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in a seller-doer leadership role in a management consulting firm.
• At least 15 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA, or other Master’s degree in Operational Research, Management, Management Science, Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering and/or related fields.
• Strategic business leader with sophisticated understanding of client industries and the drivers shaping them.
• Expert commercial acumen.
• Highly experienced in origination and winning large, complex deals.
• Uses industry profile, relationships, and market access to shape client needs and create demand.
• Capable of building and scaling advisory teams and practices

Responsabilidades

• Drive industry conversations and originate business development opportunities.
• Oversee all aspects of business development, including client outreach, proposals, and pricing strategy.
• Oversee multiple delivery teams across various models and scopes.
• Collaborate with other teams to architect and deliver multi-dimensional engagements.
• Develop practice through performance appraisals, FP&A, and IP generation.
• Mentor staff and build capability across advisory teams.
