Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event delivery (planning, logistics, onsite).
• Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiation, contracts, invoices.
• Ability to manage risk and compliance as part of event delivery.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to liaise with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-touch client events consistent with brand standards.
• Apply Asia knowledge of cities, venues, trends to recommend formats and experiences.
• Manage end-to-end operations including calendars, budgets, vendor negotiation, contracts, invoices and risk/compliance.
• Oversee onsite delivery including speaker and VIP guest management, vendor coordination, registration, and A/V needs.
• Run event communications via the events platform (invitations, microsites, reminders, post-event follow-ups).
• Travel across Asia region for on-site support at events.
