Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management.

• Ability to manage risk and compliance as part of event delivery.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to liaise with senior leadership.

• Oversee onsite delivery including speaker and VIP guest management, vendor coordination, registration, and A/V needs.
• Run event communications via the events platform (invitations, microsites, reminders, post-event follow-ups).
• Travel across Asia region for on-site support at events.

• Overseeonsite delivery including speaker and VIP guest management, vendor coordination, registration, and audio-visual/presentation needs
• Runevent communications via the events platform (invitations, microsites, reminders, post-event follow-ups)
• Provideconcise updates in team forums andsupportspecial projects as needed
• Travelacross the Asia region as required to provide on-site support at events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
