Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an Associate Director to lead Credit Solutions in Asia, focusing on structured credit, trade and supplier credit, and related insurance placements. You will collaborate with regional teams to win opportunities and grow revenue across Asia.

You will build client relationships, manage underwriting and market engagement, and contribute to talent development within the team. Proficiency in English is required, Mandarin or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop Structured & Capital Solutions, Asia, delivering revenue targets.
• Support broking for SACS, including insurer placement support and strategy.
• Structure and place insurance and risk solutions across finance asset classes.
• Develop new leads with regional teams to advance the Credit Solutions proposition.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and use Aon Connect for tracking.
• Nurture talent and collaborate across ASEAN Growth initiatives.
