Job summary

Aon plc in Singapore seeks an Associate Director for Credit Solutions in Asia to drive Structured & Capital Solutions and International Trade Credit growth. You will work to exceed revenue targets, support insurer placement strategy, and develop a robust pipeline while collaborating with regional leaders and clients across multiple finance asset classes.

Ideal candidates bring industry knowledge in structured credit insurance, strong client-facing skills, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in client retention/growth strategies and commercial awareness.
Strong ability to build and leverage relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues.
Proven communication skills in English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop Structured & Capital Solutions (SACS) and International Trade Credit in Asia to meet revenue targets.
Support broking for SACS including insurer placement strategy and engagement.
Structure and place credit risk solutions for corporations, traders and financial institutions across asset classes.
Develop new leads and opportunities with regional leaders to deliver Credit Solutions value proposition.
Nurture talent in the team and maintain up-to-date pipeline records in CRM (Aon Connect).
Manage day-to-day relationships with end clients and third parties for insurance placements.
