Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 5 years relevant experience with experience in insurance/trade credit highly preferred.
• Understanding of the Insurance/trade credit industry in Singapore.
• Experience with general corporate business in Singapore and/or multinational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
• Experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
• Understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver team budget including goals of growth, profitability & increasing market share.
• Structure new and renewal Trade Credit, Political Risk and Surety Insurance policies & programmes.
• Identify opportunities, challenges and solutions to deliver added-value to clients.
• Handle broking and placement of products to the insurance market.
• Manage a portfolio of clients including multinational global programmes and bank clients; liaise cross-border with clients, insurers and Aon network.
• Deliver consistently high and reliable service standards.
• Provide advice regarding trade credit risks & insurance.
• Negotiate and manage communications with clients and underwriters.
• Build long-term business relationships and support team initiatives.
