Job summary

Aon is seeking a seasoned professional to develop Structured & Capital Solutions (SACS) and International Trade Credit in Asia, targeting revenue growth across the region. You will support insurer placement, build relationships with traders and corporates, and drive opportunities while collaborating with regional leaders to deliver credit solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of structured credit, client growth strategies, and fluency in English; Mandarin or other languages are

Responsibilities

• Develop Structured & Capital Solutions (SACS) and related revenue targets.
• Support broking for SACS including insurer placement.
• Structure and place with insurers credit and political risk solutions for corporations, traders and financial institutions across multiple finance asset classes.
• Develop new leads/opportunities in ASEAN region.
• Develop proficiency in Aon Connect and maintain accurate pipeline records.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with end clients and third parties.

What The Day Will Look Like

• To develop Structured & Capital Solutions (SACS), International Trade Credit and Surety in Asia, delivering/exceeding the agreed revenue targets
• Strong initial focus on development of Structured Credit business for trader clients
• To support the broking effort for SACS, including insurer placement support, strategy and engagement
• To structure and place with insurers, credit and political risk solutions for corporations, traders and financial institutions across multiple finance asset classes (including trade finance, export, commodity and project finance transactions)
• To develop new leads/opportunities from clients and future clients, working in collaboration with Credit Solutions Head of Growth, ASEAN Growth Leader, Country Sales and Solution Line Leaders/colleagues to deliver our Credit Solutions working capital value proposition to clients across the region
• To support the development of Aon United across Aon solutions lines
• To nurture and develop talent in the team, sharing experience and helping to develop and support other regional team members
• To develop proficiency in the Aon customer relationship management, support Head of Growth to maintain an accurate and up to date record of all pipeline and closed won business on Aon’s pipeline reporting tool(s) (Aon Connect) and the tracking of Regional business development activity
• To manage the day-to-day relationships with end clients, associated third parties and Aon colleagues/offices, including client service on insurance placements
