Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support Project Managers across Asia. You will consolidate schedule, cost, quality, and safety data, manage documents, and prepare management reports to support decision-making.

The role requires strong organization, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and project sites. English proficiency is essential; Japanese preference is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Construction Management, or related.
• Experience in project coordination, project controls, document control, or project administration.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or engineering industries preferred.
• Familiarity with project management principles and construction project processes.
• Basic understanding of cost control, budgeting, accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams across Asia to collect and consolidate project information, reports, and documents.
• Monitor and maintain schedules, costs, quality, change orders, manpower, safety, and environmental matters.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are accessible to management and stakeholders.
• Support IMS documentation and assist during audits.
• Prepare monthly project performance reports covering progress, revenue, costs, gross profit, and cash flow.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and other project-control materials.
