Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an ASEAN Head of Project Logistics to lead business development and sales in construction, data centre, heavy cargo, and machinery segments across Southeast Asia. You will oversee projects from concept to handover and drive vendor coordination, cost tracking, and client engagement.

The role requires diploma-level education and proven sales experience in project cargo and multimodal transport.

Qualifications

Min Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.
Sale experience in project cargo, heavy lift, breakbulk, large cargo and multimodal transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

Find, create and acquire new business possibilities in the construction, data centre, heavy cargo, and machinery services sectors in Southeast Asia.
Oversee assigned projects from conception until customer handover.
Organize vendor operations, oversee project timetables, and create accurate cost-tracking systems.
Work together with project and operational teams to provide effective logistical solutions.
Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers, contractors, and logistical partners.
Create competitive quotes, tenders, and logistical plans based on the needs of the client.
To find and seize new business possibilities, examine consumer behaviour, competitive positioning, and industry trends.
Preserve a robust sales pipeline and give the executive team precise sales projections and statistics.
