Job summary

CITY MANPOWER CONSULTANCY is looking for a results-driven professional to identify and secure new business across Southeast Asia in construction, data centers, heavy cargo and multimodal logistics. You will lead projects from concept to client handover, coordinating vendors and timelines for successful delivery.

The role requires Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Logistics and proven experience in project logistics, sales, and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong background in project logistics, project cargo, breakbulk or multimodal transport.
• Experience in business development, sales, or project logistics is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and networks.
• Good commercial awareness of logistics and transportation industry.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia when required.

• Lead assigned projects from initial concept and planning through execution to successful client handover.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate vendors and logistics partners, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with operations and project teams to design cost-effective, efficient, and customized logistics solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Develop competitive quotations, tenders, and logistics proposals based on customer requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business insights to management.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project logistics, project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, oversized cargo, or multimodal transportation.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or project logistics is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness with good understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with good attention to detail.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia when required.
