Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Partner Solutions Architect in Singapore to multiply Elastic’s impact through partner ecosystems. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, certify partner engineers, and co-create repeatable solutions with managed partners across ASEAN region.

You’ll own enablement programs, deliver technical engagement plans, and publish assets to accelerate joint wins while expanding Elastic’s reach in security, observability, and AI domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture or consulting (Security, Observability, AI).
• 2+ years of pre-sales experience prioritized but not required, ideally partner-facing: channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems.
• Fluency in English and another ASEAN language is a big plus, as you'll work with customers in ASEAN and global teams.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with and through partners using partner-sourced pipeline and defined plans.
• Own the technical relationships and trusted advisor status with partner stakeholders.
• Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures with partners and distributors.
• Publish repeatable assets and develop enablement roadmaps to move partners up a maturity model.
