Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to scale a portfolio of partners across ASEAN. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, architect leverage, and co-innovate repeatable solutions using Elastic technology. This is a pre-sales role measured by partner-led results.

You will own technical relationships, run quarterly read-outs, and help partners mature from knowledge to autonomous, market-leading capabilities. Travel up to 40% in the ASEAN region is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in technology solutions, architecture or consulting.
• Prior experience with partner ecosystems (channel, alliances, SI/GSI, MSSP) preferred.
• Professional fluency in English; additional ASEAN language a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) desirable.
• Ability to teach and enable partners to become self-sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Generate partner deal registrations in collaboration with Partner Managers.
• Lead partner-tailored sales playbooks to grow deal size and value.
• Support partner opportunities with labs, PoCs, and technical scoping.
• Manage relationships with named partners and build advisory status.
• Create and maintain Technical Engagement Plans with focus partners.
• Deliver enablement roadmaps, labs, and certifications for partners.
